Mary L. Tobin
Mary Tobin is a combat Veteran, West Point graduate, and seasoned leader with over 20 years of experience in leadership development, project management, community engagement, and public speaking. She served 10 years in the U.S. Army as a communications officer, including two combat tours in Iraq.
A political appointee in the Biden-Harris administration, Mary served as Senior Advisor for Wounded Warrior, Veteran, and Military Family Initiatives at AmeriCorps. She is a Hoover Institution Veteran Fellow at Stanford University and has been featured in the New York Times, Wall Street Journal, CNN, NPR, and the Washington Post.

Crystal Ellington, MSM, is a dynamic communications and data professional who crafts compelling stories through data and impact. Her expertise spans aviation, public relations, data analytics, education equity, government, and nonprofit sectors.
A proud combat Veteran, Crystal served in the elite 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment (160th SOAR), deploying to Iraq in 2019. She has been featured in the Washington Post, NPR, and theGrio, and was inducted into Alexandria Chamber of Commerce's 40 Under 40.
